EDINBURGH, Scotland. As investors gather for John Menzies Plc's AGM, safety advocates have written to John Menzies' Chairman, Iain Napier, calling for him to address dangerous safety violations in the company's US operations.

In a letter delivered today (Friday May 16), Jorge Cabrera, coordinator of safety group SoCal COSH, and David Huerta, President of labor union SEIU-USWW, highlighted the recent workplace death of baggage tug driver, Cesar Valenzuela.
