SANTA CLARA, CA--Security officers seeking to tackle Silicon Valley's growing income divide have accused security firm Universal Protection Service of discriminating against employees engaged in forming a union, triggering an investigation of the Silicon Valley security contractor by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
