SEIU has more than 300 local union affiliates and 25 state councils across North America.
Recognizing that the employment standards we have won in states such as California and New York, where SEIU has the greatest strength, are dangerously threatened by low standards in the majority of the country, SEIU members are reaching out to unorganized workers in the South and Southwest.
